1. I find this quote very relatable to me. Whenever I have assignments to complete but I procrastinate against it, I would just pick up my pen and start doing the assignment. After completing the assignment, I would have a sense of satisfaction that I did not waste my time and spent it meaningfully.

2. I find this quote very useful to me. As leaders to our scouts, we always plan the meeting activities. However, not all scouts are appreciative of our hard work that we put in to plan the activities and even talk behind our backs stating how lame and boring the activities are. As much as they talk behind our backs , we do not let them determine who we are.

3. This quote is very relatable to me as a leader in the cca. As a leader in the scout cca, I would always give my 100% in everything I do, be it helping out in planning for meetings, cca fairs , campfires etc. It may be tiring at times but the hard work that I put in gives me a sense of satisfaction.

4. I can relate with this quote. As much as I am given the appointment as a leader, I must lead by example and leave a positive impact on others and be patient with my men, instead of shouting and commanding at my men, expecting them to complete a task.

5. As a leader, the process of learning never stops, we still have to listen to other people’s opinions and see how we can improve ourselves as leaders.
